Who doesn’t love a backyard feel? Brooklyn’s Backyard makes you feel like you’re at the neighbors house, throwing back cold ones and eating good food fresh off the grill. Best part is, you don’t have to clean up when you leave, because it’s not your house! Okay, that’s not the best part! The best part is the mouthwatering food and ice cold drinks!
Located on the Ocala Strip, you’re gonna be able to grab a good bite to eat and then find something local to do here without having to drive far at all.

The thing I love the most about this blog series is that I’m finding things that I’ve never knew existed. I’ve had a few friends take this trip in the past, and I’ll tell you what! After diving in, I’m putting this on my bucketlist for Florida! The Canyons Zip Line & Canopy Tours is about as adventurous as you can get, featuring some of the fastest zip lines and naturally awesome cliffs in Florida!
Zip lining isn’t your thing? They’ve got a few other things you can do, such as horseback riding or even kayaking. Feeling a little more adventurous? They also offer night-time zip lining! That has to be a rush!
Shopping:
Admittedly so, I’m a sucker for boutique shops. There’s always something unique and creative there, and to me is like going to an upscale garage sale. You’ll probably not go in expecting to find what you are looking for, but you’ll likely leave with something you didn’t know you needed until you saw it!
Serendipity Boutique is ideal for women and children, but any father or husband knows it’s a great place to find a heartfelt gift. Add this to your list of places to stop, because hey! You’re only in Ocala for the weekend. You’ll have to wait until next weekend to come back if you miss it now!
